About Us

The ''tale'' of my little Princess Alexis began in 2004 when she was given to me as a Christmas present.  I knew immediately that my 2 lb, black and tan Yorkie was a diva-in-training.  Her first outfit was a camel colored, wrap sweater with a leopard print fur collar.  In the last 2 and 1/2 years, she has grown into a true princess.  She knows who the boss is, and it is not her Mom or Dad!!!  Our household revolves around her!

Lexi and I are inseparable!  She never leaves my side and I can never hold or kiss her enough.  I love buying her unique clothes and she only gets the best shampoos and treats.  The concept of Tail of a Princess came about because I could not find everything for Lexi in one place.  Starting this business has been so exciting because I found a large variety of quality, fun, and unique products that I cannot wait to share with you.  Tail of a Princess was created for those of us whose ''furry'' little ones are family members, not just pets!
