Shipping:
Shipping & handling charges will be calculated during the checkout process. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Tail of a Princess will notify the customer if an order is non-deliverable, refused, or unclaimed. If the customer cannot be reached or the issue cannot be resolved, the shipping charges will be applied in addition to a 15% restocking fee. If the issue is resolved and the order has to be re-shipped, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it. It will be returned to us and we will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
If an order is not received within 30 business days, Tail of a Princess must be notified as we will not be responsible for notifications after that time.
Returns and Exchanges:
An item, in its original and unused condition, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping is non-refundable. If an item is a final sale and cannot be returned, a notice will be on the items product description page. Such items include: treats, shampoos, personalized or custom items, and holiday products. Please use a mailing service that has tracking capabilities as Tail of a Princess is not responsible for items sent to any other address or lost returns. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. Returns or exchanges sent after 14 days of receiving the order, will be sent back to the customer. If the customer refuses the return, Tail of a Princess may withhold credit.
